  • We include 48 hours of access to the house and grounds, a 30’ by 60’ clear-top tent with cafe lights, bar building with storage and 2 bathrooms for guests, day-of coordination services, event staff, parking attendants, trash removal.

  • We do not offer in-house bar and catering but we have preferred vendors that we love!

  • We love our preferred vendors - we send each couple who books with us a brochure of vendors that we love working with. We have a larger list of vendors that we have worked with as well and are always happy to meet new vendors!

    If you’d like to work with a vendor we haven’t previously worked with or who isn’t on our list, we offer case by case approval! We invite them to the venue and meet with them to make sure we will be a great fit.

  • We include a 30 foot by 60 foot clear top tent that offers views of the mountains as the rain plan. We are able to wait to make the rain call until 1 hour before the ceremony and are happy to help coordinate giving guests umbrellas for couples who would like to brave the rain.

    Your coordinator will make a customized rain plan for you to make sure you are happy with either option and then we cross our fingers!

  • You’ll have access to the house and grounds from 4pm the day before their ceremony to 11am the day after their ceremony. Usually that’s a Friday to Sunday but you can pick your day! You can also add as many nights as you’d like within the week of your wedding weekend.

    Last call and last song by 11 pm to respect the noise ordinance in Buncombe County.

  • We love pets! We allow up to 2 dogs at a time for a $25 per pet cleaning fee. We will get information on size and general temperament before approving each pet. We ask that dogs be on a leash when they are outside and that they are either crated or contained when in the house without supervision.
